Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Launches & Campaigns:
- Execute launch strategies for new products, including pre-launch hype, social media engagement, PR, and influencer marketing.
- Assist in developing and refining product positioning and messaging for various target audiences and marketing channels.
Go-to-Market Campaign Support:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product updates.
- Assist in creating campaign materials, including presentations, brochures, website content, and email marketing templates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
Sales Enablement Support:
- Assist in creating and updating sales enablement materials, including product presentations, sales decks, and training materials.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and answer questions regarding product features and benefits.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to promote products, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers and other creative team members to produce high-quality content materials.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent content delivery across channels.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify product improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and effective collaboration on marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
